The staff of Cauthen & Associates, LLC, have been conducting Physical Needs Assessments for public housing agencies for over 25 years as a part of the development of applications for funding. This service began with the inception of the Comprehensive Improvement Assistance Program (CIAP). We have continued to provide and enhance this service through the Comprehensive Grant Program (CGP) and currently through the Capital Fund Program (CFP).
