Cauthen & Associates, LLC (C&A) provides professional services for the preparation of comprehensive energy audits for public housing authorities in accordance with HUD regulations. Energy audits are conducted in compliance with 24 CFR Part 965, Subpart C (§§ 965.301-965.308), or, at the housing authority’s discretion, in accordance with the energy audit requirements and related provisions outlined in the proposed regulations under 24 CFR Part 905.

Since February of 1997, C&A employees have completed the Energy Audits for over 50 public housing authorities in Tennessee, Mississippi, Virginia, South Carolina and West Virginia as shown below.  In addition, we have been asked to update these audits generally every five years.
